Scaffolds a Next.js 16 + TypeScript + Tailwind v4 app under demo-app/. Manually configured shadcn/ui project structure (components.json, lib/utils.ts, components/ui/) since shadcn CLI does not yet support Tailwind v4. Adds the ai-prompt-box component with all required dependencies (framer-motion, lucide-react, @radix-ui/react-dialog, @radix-ui/react-tooltip) and a DemoOne page wired to page.tsx. https://claude.ai/code/session_0138ULkpRJWi3S6cUPhPkqmT
