inplace_meta_storage shall be assignable from static_meta_storage #75

The new initializer assigns incompatible storage wrappers when the source metadata is out-of-line and the destination is inline. Valid add_facade<Super, true> conversions consequently fail to compile. Transfer the underlying converted metadata rather than assigning the wrappers directly.
