Noam Tenne

Co-founder & CEO of Sky Valley Ambient Computing — infrastructure for adaptive software. Our first product is Differ.

I've spent my career at the infrastructure layer of software: how it gets built, shipped, and — lately — how it behaves after shipping. I was a founding engineer at JFrog, helping build Artifactory into the artifact-management standard behind enterprise DevOps, and an early engineer at Codefresh, one of the first Docker-native CI/CD platforms. At Healthy.io I was an early engineer turning smartphone cameras into regulated clinical devices, and at VanMoof I was an early engineer at the Dutch e-bike maker.

As co-founder and CTO of Skippr (backed by investors including Bessemer Venture Partners), I worked on generative UI — interfaces assembled dynamically by AI. That work exposed a gap: AI now writes software, but the infrastructure it deploys to is still static. Closing that gap is Sky Valley's mission.
