Cannot save column description for a FK column

**Bug description**
Cannot save column description for a FK column

**How to reproduce**
1. Create a FK to a parent table
2. Attempt to save a description for the FK column

**Expected behavior**
Can save a description for the FK column, either on the FK definition or in the normal table column UI
