What
Declares
nwarila-platform/workflow-container-factory: one repository that will build, sign, attest and publish every workflow container the organization's CI runs, each image in its own folder with its own version. One new file, no existing declaration touched. Merging creates the repository, because this runner applies on push to
main.Rulesets
The four rulesets have the same values as
workflow-ansible-style-checker's, with one difference. The factory releases each container with a tag of the form<name>/v<X.Y.Z>, for exampletemplate-drift/v3.1.0, so Version Tag Authority matchesrefs/tags/*/v*instead ofrefs/tags/v*. A ruleset's*does not match/, so the pattern matches exactly one folder level. What is left out, on purpose
vulnerability_alertsis omitted. The organization's enforced security configuration,nwarila-platform-org-config-1, disables Dependabot alerts for all new repositories, and the framework default (false) agrees with it. Notemplate: the per-repository container chassis builds one container per repository, which is the shape the factory replaces. Norequired_checks: the factory has no workflows yet, so its check names are declared in a later PR once they have reported. The declaration
