Docs sync after the gate-1 (internal MVP) acceptance run on 2026-10-26:

• 07 §1 – v0.5 row: delivered (PR feat(core): v0.5 P1 KPI library srm_kpi #58, feat(core): v0.5 R1 risk events and the blacklist register #59, feat(core): v0.5 P2 performance review generation and auto scoring #62–docs(governance): GL-06 supplier performance management (v0.5 G1) #64, feat(core): v0.5 P4 apply performance results to suppliers #66–fix(core): mark mandatory certificates by category and remind buyers of contract expiry #70); gate 1 run through, waiting for 田騏's confirmation.
• 07 §2.1 – wording aligned with what was decided elsewhere:
  • step 2: certificates and bank accounts are collected by the buyer lead / category manager (buyers have read-only certificates and no bank-account access, 04 §2);
  • step 7: first D grade → freeze draft, second consecutive D → eliminate draft (03 §10 step 6), instead of "建议暂停";
  • step 9: reminder goes to owner, category manager and buyer (PR fix(core): mark mandatory certificates by category and remind buyers of contract expiry #70).
• 07 §2.3 – gate-1 results: script, import idempotency, migration rehearsal (164/164 cells, two rounds), approval matrix (10 applicable rows + one self-approval reject), list performance at 100k rows (1.1–1.5 s first screen), usability deferred to the pilot.
• README – v0.5 row, 17 governance templates, next step.
