Sync the public visible application version after the static public pages refresh. This PR updates: - VERSION - frontend APP_VERSION - distributor_hints.json metadata version in src and public - public docs/page references regenerated from the clean static pages generator Only distributor_hints.json metadata version changes; items remain unchanged at 2610. No distributor hints are imported. No CUPS, addresses, coordinates, secrets, backups, logs, raw external API responses or private grid inventory are added.

Updates VERSION, App.jsx APP_VERSION and distributor_hints.json metadata version to v0.10.7.7-static-public-pages-clean.
Only JSON metadata changes; distributor hint items remain unchanged at 2610.
