两个插件的详情页缺少网站链接，清单也没有文档、源码和作者主页。现在将网站和源码链接指向
oiOxOio/codex-plugins，文档分别指向插件 README，并补充作者 GitHub 主页和功能关键词。按插件安装产物更新规则，将自动对话标题更新为 0.2.2、安全视觉迭代更新为 0.1.1，并同步 README 与 CHANGELOG。运行逻辑、技能、钩子、权限和市场安装策略不变；安全视觉迭代保留已有 MIT 许可，未新增缺乏依据的许可或条款。
验证：两份清单通过 plugin-creator 结构校验，市场目录校验和 git diff --check 通过。Windows 本地自动对话标题测试 85 项通过、10 项 POSIX 测试按平台跳过；安全视觉迭代 24 项通过。尚未更新客户端或进行桌面展示验收。
此 PR 不修改历史市场发布计划，不触发正式 Release；合并后可刷新 why-ping 市场并更新两个插件。
