🎯 What: Added missing test file pkg/okf/types_test.go to test functions in pkg/okf/types.go (IsValidActor and GetNonStandardPrefix).
📊 Coverage: Added comprehensive table-driven tests checking standard actor formats, open family prefixes (teams, bots, humans), and edge cases (invalid spaces, slashes, number prefixes). Also added test for the deprecated GetNonStandardPrefix.
✨ Result: Improved test reliability, eliminated the missing test file gap, and ensured the project convention of having 1:1 .go to _test.go mapping is maintained. All tests pass successfully.
