Test new templates and block options

ExhibitBuilder now offers support for page, block, and summary templates, as well as style options for blocks. Full details have been outlined here: #144. Please test that the block layout options work as expected.

Additionally, the Foundation theme has a branch, eb-templates that contains the following templates available for testing:

• Summary Template: Centered - This offers a centered layout for the exhibit landing page. The main heading is centered, followed by a left justified description, and then a centered exhibit navigation with decorative borders.
• Page Template: Horizontal Navigation - This is a page template that changes the left vertical navigation into a horizontal dropdown.
• Block Template: Card - This is a block template for the "File" block. It presents files and their captions as cards, media stacked with text in a bordered container.

@kimisgold tested page, block, and summary templates in Lively and they all work fine. Thanks for the eb-templates branch, that helped a lot with my testing.

This was an error @katknow reported to me a couple weeks ago when Github was down:

1. I set Foundation as my exhibit theme.
2. Within an exhibit page, I set the page template to ‘Horizontal Exhibit Page Navigation’.
3. I go back to the exhibit configuration and set Thanks, Roy as my theme.
4. The exhibit page set to ‘Horizontal Exhibit Page Navigation’ now shows a 404 on its public page.

Fixed. A template that the current theme doesn't provide now falls back to the default instead of 404ing, same as Omeka S. Summary and block templates had the same problem, so all three are covered. The setting isn't lost either: switching back to the original theme restores the template. @katknow Can you confirm this works?

@jimsafley It looks like I am getting a 404 still if I switch when it's on a template elsewhere. Tried different themes, browsers, and hard refreshed after pulling and checking the branch:

@kimisgold I temporarily switched back to Foundation. The alignments work really well on blocks that are just files and text, but weird stuff keeps happening if I try to change any of the alignments in a Carousel or Geolocation block across all themes. I think it's almost like it's going off screen, I'm not quite sure how to describe it (weird purple box at the top of the page): http://dev.omeka.org/katknow/OmekaTesting/exhibits/show/daffy-dog/daffy-nap

@katknow I pushed the fix close to when you tested, so it may not be in what you pulled. Check whether git log -1 shows f526a92. I ran your steps locally and got the default page instead of the 404.

@jimsafley you're right--pulled again just now and it seems to be working as expected and returning to Default when switching between themes.

@katknow As a heads up, it looks like you're using a much older version of The Daily. Could you reinstall the theme and try again to start?

I've set a maximum width that should prevent the carousel block from overflowing. The change is on ExhibitBuilder's add-page-and-block-templates branch.
