Motivation
Only the * wildcard is currently tested. Partition names are exchanged in discovery data and matched via vendor-implemented glob rules, so other matching rules (single-char wildcard, default/empty partition) are untested edge cases where implementations have historically diverged.
Description
Adds Test_Partition_3 (? single-character wildcard) and Test_Partition_4 (default/empty partition matching *), reusing test_color_receivers and basic_check respectively.
