This pull request improves test coverage across Chat Completions streaming, sandbox session utilities, Codex thread options, realtime handoffs, tracing context behavior, guardrails, and small runtime helper edge cases. It also refactors the newly added stream-handler tests to share local collection helpers and removes an overly artificial monkeypatch-only coverage case in favor of clearer public-behavior coverage.
The changes are test-only and do not alter runtime behavior.
