Section 8.2.1 referenced a supported_capabilities metadata member that does not exist. The member defined in Section 9.1.2 and registered in the PDP Metadata Registry is capabilities. Reported in openid#554.

Section 8.2.1 says
supported_capabilities, but the member that 9.1.2 defines and the registry lists iscapabilities. Only occurrence in the document.Credit to @kanywst for spotting it.
