feat(ui): compact job detail actions

Summary

• replace the four stacked job-detail buttons with a compact primary action and an Actions trigger
• present share, save, and report in a safe-area-aware accessible bottom sheet
• add all six translations, behavioral coverage, and updated project knowledge

Verification

• lint and TypeScript passed
• 67 test suites passed (257 tests)
• Expo Doctor: 19/20 locally; only CocoaPods unavailable, and this Android-only UI change does not modify native projects
