Backporting JDK-8386576: Calculating Area using a complex polygon creates spurious horizontal line segments.

This PR fixes a functional regression in AreaOp.

For parity with Oracle JDK.

Ran related tests on linux-x64, linux-aarch64, macos-aarch64 and windows-x64:

make test TEST=test/jdk/java/awt/geom/Area/AreaPath2DDrawTest.java

Results:
