This is a follow-up PR to #118841. That PR kept backticks in the heading for reconciliation with enterprise branches. This PR removes them per style guidelines.

Context

This is a follow-up PR to #118841. That PR kept backticks in the heading for reconciliation with enterprise branches. This PR removes them per style guidelines.

Changes

• Remove backticks from heading: = Creating the CloudFormation stack for compute machines
• Backticks remain in body text where appropriate

Rationale

Per style guidelines, headings should not contain monospace formatting. This change aligns with the general documentation standard.

Merge Instructions

1. Wait for PR OSDOCS-16991_j_2#Reconciling main and changes introduced in PR #11348 #118841 to merge first
2. Merge this PR to main
3. Cherry-pick to enterprise-4.20, 4.21, 4.22, and 5.0
