Given the tight deadline, agreed to take over PR 118872 to resolve merge conflicts so other writers can continue hierarchy and spreadsheet update work.

There is a file count discrepancy, but that looks to be the result of the rebase prior to creating
CCINTL-3814-2. For example,:SMPRoductVersion: 3.4.0was already updated after rebase, but it shows as being updated in the original PR.Will verify this PR against original to make sure all changes are accounted for and correct.
