Adds Sieve, an open-source self-hosted Rust indexer that retrieves Ethereum and OP-Stack data directly from devp2p peers with no RPC provider, verifies canonical data by peer quorum, and writes decoded events, calls, and native transfers to Postgres with GraphQL and streaming outputs. Validated with
pnpm run validate.
