Creates lightspeed-operator-deployment-crc job that:

  • Deploys operator using ci-framework playbook
  • Uses example LLM endpoint (no real credentials)
  • Expected to fail on auth verification

- Inherits from cifmw-base-crc for CRC cluster provisioning
