Verified: upstream tag v4.37.0-1 exists, PKG_HASH matches the sha256 of the released mstflint-4.37.0-1.tar.gz, PKG_RELEASE is correctly at 1 for the version bump, mstefuse is built unconditionally (bin_PROGRAMS in efuse/Makefile.am, efuse is in the top-level SUBDIRS with no configure guard) and its efuse_config.json data file is already covered by the existing /usr/share/mstflint copy. No previously installed binary disappeared in 4.37.0, and the other tools new to this release (mstpldm_pkg_gen, ibdump) are disabled by default in configure.ac, so the install list stays complete.
