Summary

Bump the plugin to 0.4.0 in orax.toml and deno.json. release.yml only checks orax.toml against the tag; deno.json is bumped so the two files stay in sync.

The model adapter from #4 changes how the plugin starts Claude, and the package that first carries the Agent declaration must differ from the 0.3.23 already published without one. A minor bump rather than 0.3.24 avoids colliding with the patch bump and tag that upstream.yml makes when upstream ships a new adapter.

This does not turn on --agent-configuration in release.yml, and does not tag or publish anything. The release switch stays closed until its gates are met.

改动范围

只改 orax.toml 与 deno.json 的 version（0.3.23 → 0.4.0），两个文件同步。没有改 release.yml、没有打 tag、没有发布，--agent-configuration 仍然关闭。两个文件都是交付物。

核对

• release.yml 的“tag 与 manifest 一致”步骤只读 orax.toml 的 version，要求 tag 为 v0.4.0；deno.json 由仓库 AGENTS.md 要求同步，本 PR 做到了。
• 当前最新 tag 是 v0.3.23，git ls-remote --tags upstream 'v0.4*' 为空，发布时不会与已有 tag 冲突。
• deno task sync --check 在当前 head 退出 0（upstream.lock.json 已是最新的 claude-agent-acp@0.94.0 / SDK 0.3.303 / Claude Code 2.1.303），合并后不会立刻触发 upstream.yml 的补丁自增。
• CI check（type check / lint / test）SUCCESS；本地 deno task test 46 passed / 0 failed。
• 与当前 upstream/main（2146dfb1）的 merge-tree 干净；git diff --check 干净。

ADR

不涉及 ADR 状态变化；本 PR 没有补齐任何 ADR 的实现。

非阻塞

1. PR 描述写“release.yml requires [orax.toml and deno.json] to agree with the tag”，实际只有 orax.toml 被检查，deno.json 是 AGENTS.md 的约定同步，描述可以更准确。
2. upstream.yml 是在上游出现新 adapter 时才补丁自增，不是每天都会加 1；这不影响“与 0.3.23 不同、避开 nightly 的 patch 号”的目的，只是描述可以更准确。
3. 0.4.0 不保证是第一个带声明的发布：开关打开前若上游出了新 adapter，nightly 会从 0.4.0 补丁自增并发布不带声明的包。不影响本 PR 的目的。

本结论只覆盖 claude-code-agent#5 这一交付。
