Updating a same-repository PR currently starts a push run and a pull-request run of each CI workflow. Restrict push checks to main so PR updates run once, with a fresh check after merge. Job names, permissions, and existing manual triggers are preserved.
Validation: actionlint 1.7.12 and checks for PR, main-push, feature-branch-push, and manual-trigger behavior passed.
just checkreproduces the existing C-02 mounting-hole keep-out failures, already present on main and tracked in #1.
