Align the worker pool with Vitest 5.

@cloudflare/vitest-pool-workers@0.22.0 declares ^4.1.0 peer ranges for Vitest, @vitest/runner, and @vitest/snapshot. (github.com) The lock context resolves Vitest 5.0.1 alongside runner and snapshot 4.1.11, so the Cloudflare worker-test setup is outside the pool’s declared compatibility range. Upgrade the pool to a release that supports Vitest 5 and regenerate the lockfile, or keep Vitest on 4.x.
