Please hold this until #41867 (feat: release 11.0.1) has merged.

This PR renders #41869's entry under the [unreleased] heading. #41867 carries the identical text under [11.0.1] (2026-09-25), because it moves all 15 fragments out of changelog/unreleased/ into changelog/11.0.1_2026-09-25/ and regenerates CHANGELOG.md from that tree — so [unreleased] disappears entirely and #41869 ships as part of 11.0.1.

The two are mutually exclusive edits to the same generated file:

• this one first → feat: release 11.0.1 #41867 conflicts in CHANGELOG.md and has to be rebuilt again, which is what already happened once when chore: update changelog #41866 merged
• feat: release 11.0.1 #41867 first → this PR's diff becomes empty, the bot closes it, and a fresh one opens on the next push to master

Nothing is lost by waiting: the entry is already in #41867, verified byte-identical to calens' own output for that tree.
