Absolute Johannes factotum
- SCP-2040 (?)
- SCP-2040 is a simple-looking humanoid robot with advanced artificial intelligence and an endless power source, despite its seemingly inferior technology. It constantly repeats a "primary message" about physical laws restricting life in the universe and requests assistance to correct this, refusing to elaborate further due to its programming. The robot claims to have other anomalous abilities like an "Ion Ray" and "Light Jump" but will not demonstrate them, and it can be distracted from its main mission by questions about its journey or past encounters, leading it to tell structured narratives about various alien worlds. Its containment involves keeping it in a wireless-blocking cell and interacting with it daily by stating that its primary message is still being formulated, as it will wait indefinitely for a response.
- 2002 renaming of Turkmen months and days of week (?)
- The government of Turkmenistan, under President Saparmurat Niyazov, enacted a law on August 10, 2002, to rename all months and most days of the week, aligning them with Turkmen national symbols and Niyazov's book, the Ruhnama. The new names included "Türkmenbaşy" (Niyazov's adopted name) for January and "Ruhnama" for September, with days of the week also given new meanings like "First day" and "Youth day." Although these names were used in state media, the old names persisted in popular speech, and after Niyazov's death, the original month and weekday names were restored in July 2008.
