chore: point the repo at pangular-inspector/devtools

What and why

The repository moved to the pangular-inspector organization. This points the repo at its new home and renames the workspace names that followed the old repo name.

• Links: every github.com/santoshyadavdev/angular-devtools link now goes to github.com/pangular-inspector/devtools: issue templates, SECURITY, privacy policy, README contributor links, the npm README and repository field, the panel, the Chrome extension, and the docs site (githubUrl, community, development and extension pages).
• Clone steps: git clone https://github.com/pangular-inspector/devtools.git, then cd devtools.
• Contributors config and skills: .all-contributorsrc and the gh --repo commands in the skills use the new repo.
• Workspace names: the root Nx project is pangular-inspector and builds to dist/pangular-inspector (pnpm serve:ssr:pangular-inspector). The docs project is pangular-inspector-docs.

Kept: the Cloudflare worker name in apps/docs/wrangler.jsonc (it owns the pangular-inspector.dev domain), the Render hostname in allowedHosts, and personal links such as the Sponsors account.
