test: add home and dataset metadata api

• Extend the ingestion test to verify Prism Home checklist, dataset details, and Search results.
• Add an Enterprise-only test for dataset metadata: create two temporary OTel traces datasets, add the agent-observability tag, verify both appear in the tag-filtered list, then remove one tag and verify the list updates.
• Clean up both temporary datasets after the test.
