SourceBraid for iOS 1.1.0 turns the configuration app into an archive reader: the latest seven clips, offline full-text search, optional on-device Apple Intelligence chat with source links, and adaptive iPad/iPhone Duo navigation. App and Share Extension are version 1.1.0/build 11; the iOS release uses ios-v1.1.0, while Chrome/Codex/MCP remain 1.0.1.

The maintainer approved publication after hands-on testing. English/German concepts, release notes, acceptance evidence, privacy documentation, pinned Swift dependencies and third-party notices are included. Unrelated onboarding/marketing drafts, private website/archive content, local settings and build/screenshot artifacts are excluded through an explicit 58-file allowlist.

Privacy and permissions

GitHub reads use authenticated GET requests and the existing shared Keychain token. Reader-only access accepts Contents: Read; capture writes retain their existing scope. A protected, backup-excluded local cache and disposable SQLite index support offline use. AI uses bounded excerpts and Apple's on-device model; no external AI service or Private Cloud Compute. External images require an explicit choice. The app's privacy manifest adds the reviewed local file timestamp purpose; Share Extension declarations remain restricted. No archive/shard migration or browser permission increase.

Validation

  • Native open iPhone Duo, iOS 27.1: 47 unit/integration tests and all 7 UI cases passed.
  • Required unsigned generic simulator and Release device builds passed; both built bundles passed the release validator at 1.1.0/build 11.
  • Release binary excludes Debug demo/example markers.
  • Core tests: 23 Node, 64 Python, 33 ChatGPT MCP tests passed. MCP deployment dry run and reproducible submission bundle checks passed without deployment.
  • Reviewed native inner-display screenshots use synthetic contents and a labeled example answer. Full fold/reopen cycles, actual Duo dark/rotation transitions, minimum-OS launches, physical Duo and real AI quality retain their documented pending status.

Xcode Cloud was verified at Xcode 27.1 RC (27A9275), automatically triggered by ios changes on main, with next build number 11. Cloud archive/upload and App Store processing will be monitored after merge; local test results do not assert their success.

Add the archive reader, cached latest seven and search, optional on-device chat, and adaptive Duo navigation. Keep iOS versioning independent from the Chrome/Codex/MCP submission bundle.

P1 Badge Add the required DCO sign-off trailer

Commit 37a79f9d8cc2d717d89bed718de41a1d5ebe2ae8 has no Signed-off-by: trailer, so this release commit violates the repository's DCO requirement and will fail a DCO gate; recreate it with git commit -s before merging.

P2 Badge Keep background refresh disabled after relaunching signed out

After sign-out, removeLocalData(signOut: true) removes the Keychain token but leaves the repository configuration complete, while permitsScheduling is only an in-memory flag that resets to true on process restart. Consequently, the next launch can pass this guard and submit a background task; that task fails with missing credentials and then schedules another task from handle, so sign-out does not persistently cancel background work. Include credential or persisted sign-out state in the scheduling condition.
