Replaces the reading list at the end of §13 ("The shoulders this stands on") with a Bibliography page, in the same form as the API Patterns & Practices REST site.
/bibliography/: a table of title (publisher link), authors, publisher, year and focus for 13 books. It covers the eight from §13 plus five the appendices cite: Monolith to Microservices (K), Learning Domain-Driven Design (F), Balancing Coupling (G), and Release It! and the Google SRE Book (M). Editions and years were checked against the publisher pages. The page links to the PatternCatalyst Recommended Reading list. The six decks still carry their own "shoulders" slide and are unchanged.
