chore(examples): close the S14 follow-ups (breaker-reset polling, runtime comments, gRPC span check)

• 26 verify.sh: the fixed sleep 11 before the breaker-recovery check (1 s of slack) is now a 10 s wait plus polling: one /with-breaker call a second until /breaker-state is closed, at most 20 s. Verified 26 in all six languages, 22/22 each.
• 20 verify.sh: the stale "RUNTIME=openshift is added later" comment now says the example runs on Docker Compose only and points to Example 05's RUNTIME=kubernetes variant; the error message drops "yet". Smoke-tested on 12/python (18/18).
• Spring gRPC double spans (S14 risk): checked in Example 11 Spring Boot. A POST /orders trace has one gRPC CLIENT and one SERVER span, both from the OTel agent, correctly parented; Spring gRPC adds none (no Micrometer tracing bridge). Recorded in the S14 plan and as a rule in CLAUDE.md.
