Adds docs/i18n.md covering the i18next setup (per-feature namespace catalogs, glob discovery, English fallback, the key-parity test) and a step-by-step guide for adding a new language: - create the locale folder from en/ and set common.json language.selfName - extend the backend allow-list in internal/usersettings/language.go (without it, saving the language fails validation — the #1526 bug) - add date-fns / Intl entries in ui/leafwiki-ui/src/lib/dateLocale.ts - which tests to run Links the doc from CONTRIBUTING.md.
