docs(readme): describe the tree-toolbar Refresh button for resync - #1552

The resync trigger moved out of the admin settings page into a Refresh button in the page-tree toolbar. Update the "External Edits & Resync" section accordingly (admin-only, optional git pull first, non-admins get a plain tree reload) and reword the broken-links feature-list entry.
