Übersetzt die sechs neuen pcntl-Funktionen (pcntl_forkx, pcntl_getcpu, pcntl_setns, pcntl_wifcontinued, pcntl_getqos_class, pcntl_setqos_class) ins Deutsche. Die qos-class-Seiten sind auf dem zusammengeführten Endstand (Bindestrich-Dateien, ohne Duplikate).
