Redraw every favicon from the vector logo - #6

The favicon set was a blurry upscale of a legacy mark. All sizes are now rendered fresh from assets/dms_logo.svg: 16/32 PNGs, the 192/512 app-install icons, a white-backed 180px apple-touch-icon (iOS paints transparency black), and a multi-size assets/favicon.ico for Dash's favicon placeholder. The unreferenced assets/favicon/favicon.ico duplicate is dropped. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
