Add Arize to the Pipecat evals docs as a third-party production evaluation platform, matching the Coval/Bluejay/Cekura pattern: - New platform page pipecat/evals/platforms/arize.mdx covering tracing via the OpenInference Pipecat instrumentor (Arize AX and Phoenix), what gets traced, and online LLM-as-a-judge evaluation - Arize card in the "Production evaluation" group on the evals overview - Nav entry under "Third-party Platforms" in docs.json - Trace and eval screenshots (light/dark) under images/arize/
