In order to search for tRNAs with only a maternal function in embryogenesis I made a few simple scripts. I made new scripts instead of using the bioinformatical tools available since tRNAs are a very niche topic in genomic/transcriptomic analysis. The idea is to cluster viable primers for the +-13000 known tRNA sequences in as little as possible clusters because of the linearity in the costs of sequencing.
