Bug description

After updating to 1.4.5, when I open a Receiver, I can't choose the Login Option, because the dropdown is not present:

1. Open receivers option, from Configuration menu
2. Open a receiver
3. Check if the dropdown is present on the "Login" (Autenticação) option
