I have standardized the repository's directory and file naming conventions to ensure consistency (PascalCase). Additionally, I updated the root README.md and all sub-directory README.md files to reflect these changes, corrected broken anchor links in the Table of Contents, and verified that all project scripts remain functional.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16076763225635622491 started by @ppant

- Renamed directories to follow PascalCase: 'deque/' -> 'Deque/', 'Error-debug/' -> 'ErrorHandling/'.
- Renamed snake_case files in 'Arrays/' and 'Trees/' to PascalCase for consistency.
- Updated root and sub-directory README.md files to reflect new paths and naming conventions.
- Fixed Table of Contents anchor links in the root README to follow GitHub-style slugging.
- Verified all 49 non-interactive scripts execute successfully after renames.
