A phone-browser voice/text command interface, parsed by a local LLM, that executes real actions on a laptop — a hardware-free stand-in for an iQOO phone, its Snapdragon NPU, and Office Kit.
Voice or text comes in from a phone-facing PWA, gets classified into one of 5 actions by qwen3:4b (via Ollama, structured output, thinking mode off, with a regex fallback if Ollama is down), and gets executed for real on the machine running the server.
See CLAUDE.md for the full spec: architecture, conventions, and boundaries.
