• Unify default methods of ProblemBuilder interface to always return reference after transformation, even if implementation always returns this.
• Unify toString() in Problem, ProblemContext and ProblemBuilder by using StringBuilder instead of List.
• Compute ProblemSupport.hashCode(ProblemContext) directly from the snapshot's hashCode() instead of wrapping it in Objects.hash(...), which allocated an intermediate array.
• Resolve Throwable.getMessage() once per {message} placeholder during interpolation in DefaultProblemMapper.
• Make explicit Content-Type consts for both problem+json and problem+xml.
