feat(web): CrawlProof text_link ad unit docked above the footer - #28

One unit in the ring-dock (shown only under a home/settings sheet, never over the picture or on sign-in). The element ships without a slot; mountAd() sets slot c6fbcad1 + text_link the first time a home or settings sheet opens and calls crawlproofAds.scan() with a bounded retry. Collapsed until filled.
