fix(site): restore the @profullstack/footer bar (0.5.6) - #119

The webring bar is being rolled out fleet-wide on purpose. It comes back under the trimmed site footer (and carries the copyright); the pit.world global footer stays last in <body>. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
