Adds the pit.world global footer, server-side: site/server.ts appends the snippet before on every site page and /account (module-level cache, hourly refresh, 3s timeout, stale on error, page unchanged on failure). The editor (/viewer), workspaces (/admin) and shared documents are full-screen app shells and skip it. The /account CSP gets 'unsafe-inline' in style-src so the snippet's <style> applies.

Trims the footer: the @profullstack/footer bar (HQTUI, version tagline, webring) becomes one line: copyright, Docs, Sharing & API, Source, npm. Drops the now-unused @profullstack/footer dependency and dist/pfs-footer.json.

Checked: test (178 pass), test:server (63 pass), site:build, local server render (/, /docs, /paste, /account show one pit footer; /viewer none).

….13.1)

- site/server.ts appends https://pit.world/snippets/footer.html?site=readm3.com
before </body> on every site page and the account page (module-level cache,
hourly refresh, 3s timeout, stale on error, unchanged page on failure). The
editor, workspaces and shared documents (full-screen app shells) skip it.
- Account page CSP: style-src gains 'unsafe-inline' so the footer's <style> applies.
- Site footer: the @profullstack/footer bar (HQTUI link, "MIT licensed · vX"
tagline, webring) becomes one line: copyright, Docs, Sharing & API, Source, npm.
The dependency and dist/pfs-footer.json go with it. Account footer drops its tagline.
