Adds readm3 update [--check] [--force] and readm3 uninstall|remove [--yes] from the new shared package @profullstack/cli (npm 0.1.0). Each acts the way readm3 was installed: curl installer (keeps --desktop and the prefix), npm, bun, pnpm, yarn.

Verified live: installer copy (detect, check, update into the same prefix, uninstall) and an npm-global copy (check, remove refuses without a TTY, uninstall --yes) on dev2. 182 tests pass on Node and Bun.

Both act the way this copy was installed: the curl installer (keeping --desktop when
the desktop app came with it, and the install prefix), npm, bun, pnpm or yarn.
update checks npm first (--check only reports); uninstall asks first (--yes).
