Removes the 5,000-file cap.

  • Local cap: 1,000,000 files (MAX_ACCOUNT_FILES, and MAX_FILES in the desktop folder walk). Signed out, the workspace still keeps 1,000.
  • Sync: up to 250,000 files (new MAX_SYNC_FILES). Measured with the real seal(): about 102 bytes per file reference, since each one carries its own random key that doesn't compress. That puts 250k at about 26 MB, under the 32 MB snapshot limit (SYNC_LIMITS). Past it, sync pauses with a clear message instead of failing or dropping files from the account copy. Syncing 1M files would need a chunked file index, which would be a follow-up.
  • The file list scales: fileRow gets its document passed in instead of a documents.find() per row (which was quadratic), and importFiles uses a Map. A workspace over 2,000 files opens with every folder below the top level folded, except the path to the open file.
  • Copy updated: README limits table, homepage card, usage meter and the sign-in prompt.

Tests: typecheck clean, 198/198 unit tests (the schema test now checks 250,000), 41/41 Playwright tests, with a new signed-in test that opens 6,001 files whole and folded.

…big folders (v0.23.0)

A signed-in workspace (and the desktop folder walk) now holds up to
1,000,000 files. Sync carries up to 250,000: each file reference is about
100 bytes sealed (measured), so that many fit the 32 MB snapshot; past it
sync pauses with a message and nothing is dropped from the account copy.

The file list no longer searches the workspace for every row (quadratic
at scale), and a workspace over 2,000 files opens with every folder below
the top level folded, except the way to the open file.
