…v0.26.0) Anthony: "Ask AI about your files should have the listen button too like summarize does. modularize that and refactor". - site/ai-dialog.ts: the dialog shell, sign-in line, Top up button and Listen (speech fetch + player, audio kept per session), used by Summarize and Ask AI. - Every Ask AI answer is kept like a summary (kind "question"), so the same summaries/<id>/speech route reads it aloud: first listen paid (admins free), replays free. - server/billing.ts: one call() (per-account lock, model call, refusal) and one keep() shared by summaries and answers.
