w3bs:// typed in the address bar opens the resolver, not a search - #156

Chromium sends a typed w3bs://chovy.hacker to the default search engine (pit.world/search?q=w3bs%3A%2F%2Fchovy.hacker) instead of to the OS handler. A declarativeNetRequest rule redirects any top-level search whose q= starts with w3bs:// to w3bs.org/browse before the search page loads, for every engine. declarativeNetRequestWithHostAccess carries no install warning.
