A registry in apps/server/src/boards.json, rendered at /boards with live topic and post counts from each board's /api/v1/stats (cached 10 min, empty boards hidden). /partners, /instances and /network redirect there; /api/v1/boards serves it as JSON; linked from the footer and the sitemap.
