Since protoAgent#4471, subagents inherit the lead's read tools by default. Vera's structural-finder relay got six tools and dropped its
protopatch_reviewcall on about a third of turns. On the exact live prompt that was 8/24 empty with six tools vs 0/24 with one. Today that meant 52 empty relay turns and 14no-outputstructural lanes, and the health watchdog tripped at 23%. v0.66.0 opts the relay out of inheritance.After merge: roll with
