Thanks @henryiii. This looks fine to me. Whether to add a new dependency for a few redirects is the kind of thing that's up for debate, but I suspect we may want/need more redirects in the future, so I don't mind adding the dependency now.

Now that we have a better 404 page, we can delete the old orphaned pages.
